Payment

We are currently accepting credit or debit card payments via Pay Pal. CA addresses will be charged 9.25% sales tax.  If you do not have a Pay Pal account, signing up is FREE, easy and secure.

Shipping

Jabonbon will ship items in stock within 48 hrs. upon receiving your order. We know you want your soaps right away, so we will do our best to get them to you promptly. If there are any delays, we will notify you.

For Our International Customers:

Jabonbon cannot be responsible for damages caused by customs. You are responsible for customs taxes and fees.

Please be aware that because these soaps are handmade, each batch may slightly differ. Our soaps contain natural ingredients that can affect the soaps color over time. This does not mean your soap has gone bad.

Also please be sure to use a soap dish to prevent your soap from sitting in a pool of water. This will make your soap soft and mushy. Do not be alarmed if small beads of "dew" form on your soap. The high glycerin content (good for the skin)is a humectant and will draw moisture from the air. That's how it keeps your skin from being dry.

During hot weather, products may melt or soften during shipment.  Please contact us if this happens for a refund or exchange.
